AKIPRESS.COM - Sverdlovskiy district governor Mederbek Amangeldiev announced at a meeting of the Bishkek local council's standing commission that five social infrastructure projects are currently underway in Sverdlovskiy district.
The construction plan includes three kindergartens and two schools - School No. 23 and School No. 89.
Addressing inquiries from local councilor Svetlana Kenzhebaeva regarding the status of School No. 89, the governor clarified that while the project began last year, its completion was deferred to 2026.
He further noted that the original building of School No. 89 remains intact, as the new facility is being constructed on an adjacent site where foundation work is already well advanced.
